Walnut Toffee | Nadia Sohail

Difficulty: Medium, Cook Time: 30 mins, Core Ingredient: Walnut, Servings: 4, Calories: 455

Description: A fancy dessert that can inspire the taste buds. 

Ingredients:
  • 1 tin Condensed milk
  • 3 pack Cream
  • 200 gm Walnuts
  • 1 box Marie biscuits ( crushed)
  • 3-4 tbsp melted Butter
Method:
  • Boil the condensed milk for at least 2 hour.
  • Take pan full of water and place the tin in it and bring the water to a simmer at high heat and then reduce the heat at medium and allow it to cook for 2 hours add more water as needed.
  • Remove the water and put tin under the tap and when reach at room temperature then open the tin toffee is ready to use.
  • Beat cream for 4 to 5 mins and add condensed milk as required. Set aside.
  • Take half crushed biscuits mix butter and press in your dish after 10 mins pour half mixture of cream and put in freezer for only 10 minutes then spread walnuts ( bite size ) over the cream and pour remaining mixture of cream and put in fridge for 5 to 6 hours preferably over night.
  • Garnish with Marie biscuits and walnuts and serve! Yummy finger licking walnut toffee is ready!
