Preparation Time:8-10 hours (To Refrigerate), Cooking Time: 15 minutes, Cuisine: Italian, Servings: as per choice, Calories: 405 per cup

INGREDIENTS:

3 egg yolks
200 ml whipped cream
200 ml milk
200 grams mascarpone cheese
½ cup sugar
1 packet lady finger biscuits
3-4 tbsp cocoa
1 ½ tsp. coffee (dissolved to water)

INSTRUCTIONS

Take double boiler and add water in it.
Put it on heat.
To make the egg custard, take another pan.
Add egg yolks in it.
Then, add sugar in it.
Put the pan in double boiler and let it cook.
Constant stirring is required to keep it in liquid form.
Keep adding milk in it while stirring.
When the mixture becomes thick, take it off the heat.
Add coffee in it to add flavor.
Add mascarpone cheese in the mixture and mix it well.
Next, add whipped cream in the mixture.
For assembling of the dessert, dip the biscuit in coffee dissolved to water.
Layer the dish with dipped biscuits.
Then, pour egg mixture on top of it.
Sprinkle cocoa powder to add taste.
Add another layer of biscuits dipped in coffee.
Add a layer of whipped cream.
Again, sprinkle cocoa powder.
Pour the next layer of egg mixture over it.
Finally, top it with sprinkled cocoa powder.
Let it set in the refrigerator for good 8-10 hours.
Serve cold!
