Ingredients: 

  • Chicken Boneless 1 Kg Cut In Normal Thin Fillet
  • Ginger & Garlic Past 2 Tbsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes 1 Tbsp
  • Tikka Masala 2 Tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder 2 Tsp
  • Paprika Powder 1 Tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1 Tsp
  • Mustard Powder 1 Tsp
  • Knorr Cube 1 Mash With 1 Tbsp Of Flour
  • Soya Sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Chilli Sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp
  • Vinegar 4 Tbsp
  • Salt To Taste

Method:

For Chicken Marinade
Take One Bowl Put All Ingredients In Bowl And Apply On Chicken And Mix Its Very Well
Then Put In Fridge For 2 hour

For Coating

  • Flour Half Kg
  • Corn Flour 1/2 Cup
  • Rice Flour 1/2 Cup
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp

Method For Coating

Take One Bowl Put All Ingredients In Bowl And Mix Its Very Well

For Batter

  • Flour 1 Cup
  • Corn Flour 1/2 Cup
  • Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Chicken Powder 1/2
  • Pinch Of Salt

Method For Batter
Take One Bowl Put All Ingredients In Bowl Add Some Water And Make Normel Thick Better Then Leave For 1 hour

Method For Chicken Zinger

Take Marinade Chicken The Put In Better 1 by 1 Then Put In Dry Coating Mixer And Turn With Softs Hand For 30sec Then (30sec Baad Jatak k Oil Mai Dal k Fry Karna Hai) Drect Deep fry On Medium Flame Till Golden Colour

Sliced Chadder Chees
Tomato Ketchup
Mayoness
Lettuce
Sliced Tomato

Tip For Zinger
( Note One Thing U Put Chicken In Oil Then Dont Turn Ur Chicken For 1st 5 Min After 5min U Can Turn Ur Chicken.
