Pin Roll Sandwiches

  • Shredded chicken 1 cup (I use fried chicken n then shred it)
  • National Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • National ketchup as required
  • Bread slices 1 packet
  • Cheeses slices 5-6
  • Vegetables (carrot or cucumber) or coleslaw
  • Green chutney as required


  • First cut side of bread slices then flatten it with rolling pin, apply mayonnaise on 1 slice n put chicken pc with vegetables (or coleslaw) then on second slice apply green chutney and put cheese slice then on last bread slice apply ketchup.
  • Arrange bread slices one after other with little overlapping then roll it carefully then cut it from centre and serve with fries and vegetables.
