250 ml milk
250 ml cream
2 tbsp. gelatin powder
6 tsp. sugar
1 Â˝ tsp. vanilla essence
Put a pan on medium heat.
Add cream in it.
Next add milk in it.
Mix it a little bit and turn down the heat to low.
Add sugar in the mixture.
While mixing it, add gelatin powder.
Keep stirring it constantly so that it does not clog up.
Lastly, add vanilla essence in it.
Let it cook for a while.
After that, let it boil.
Sieve it into a teapot first so that it is easier to pour it in the dish of your choice.
Mix it with a spatula.
Add some more vanilla essence in it.
Pour it in four serving glasses.
Refrigerate for a while.
Garnish it with fruits and serve.
