Description: Easy, crispy and addictive these rolls are perfect for a tea time snack or own their own as well!

3/4  cup Crumbled Paneer
3 Bread Slices
2 tbsp. Maida
2 tbsp. Curd
2 Green Chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp. peeled and grated Ginger
2 tbsp. Roughly chopped Cilantro Leaves
Pinch Cumin powder (optional)
Pinch Red Chili powder (optional)
Pinch Coriander powder (optional)
Oil for frying

First begin by heating oil. Take the crumbled paneer in a mixing bowl. Mash it very well. Tear bread into small pieces and add to the crumbled paneer. Add roughly chopped cilantro leaves, cumin powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder, peeled and grated ginger and cut green chilies. Add salt, maida and curd. Knead well and form like a thick dough.

Divide the dough into 6-7 equal portions. Shape each portion into a cylinder shape and set aside. Slide the shaped paneer rolls into the hot oil and deep fry until golden from all the sides.

Serve paneer rolls piping hot with tea/coffee/milkshake.
