Description: This recipe is a family favorite in every family. Taken out of our Grandma’s cookbook. You’ll be using this recipe to make every day a Pancake Day.

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ Cups All-Purpose Flour
3 ½ Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. White Sugar
1 ¼ Cups Milk
1 Egg
3 Tbsp. Butter, Melted

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a hole in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.

MUST READ: CLASSIC FRENCH TOAST 

Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
