One Pot Lasagna

One Pot Lasagna

  • Boneless chicken 1 kg
  • 2 capsicum
  • 1 tin mushrooms
  • 1 tin olives
  • 1 box of lasagna
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic

For marination

  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • half cup soya sauce


*Marinate the chicken and let it stay for 1/2 hour.
1. Take a pan add 3-4 tbsp of cooking oil cook the chicken on medium flame add half cup of yougrt and let it cook on low flame. Once it is done put it aside. Now in the pan add garlic add half cup tomato puree and 1 teaspoon oregano n 1 tsp red chili flakes. Add the cooked chicken to it and mix well.
2. Take all veggies (if u like any other u can add to it) stir fry the veggies on medium heat till done starting from garlic, onion, mushrooms & capsicum. Once done set it aside.

3.  Boil the water and add lasagna strips to the water and add salt to it. Put it in strainer once done.
4. Make white sauce.
5. Lastly take an oven heat proof pot. Put some white sauce in the base, then set lasagna strips in the pot. Add chicken cover it with strips add white sauce mixed veggies. Finish the layers and at the top add mozzarella cheese and put it in oven.
