Why eat a plain omelette? Give it a kick of cheese, some potatoes and you have an Omelette Ratatouille! Harris Hayat shows how to make it in simple steps!

INGREDIENTS:
1 sliced potato
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. parmesan cheese
½ tsp. oregano
1 egg
salt & pepper (as desired)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Slice potatoes and arrange them in a line.

Mix butter and oregano to form a paste and pour the mixture over the potatoes.

Take the mozzarella cheese and spread it over the potatoes.

Add salt and pepper according to your taste.

Add mozzarella cheese again to top it over the spices added.

Roll the potatoes into a flower shape and place it in a ramekin.

Put in the extra butter over the potatoes.

Beat the egg and add salt and pepper to it..

Pour the egg mixture on top of the potatoes and fill the intricate details of the potato flower with the mixture.

Add parmesan cheese on top and bake it for 45-50 minutes at 150-175°C till the potatoes are golden brown.

Take it out and serve.
