Mint Â˝ cup
Sugar Â˝ cup
Salt Â˝ tsp.
Springs of Mint 3-5
Lemon Juice of 3 Lemons
Ice cubes as preferred
7 Up or Sprite 250 ml
In a bender, blend together the water, sugar, salt, mint, lemon juice and ice cubes together, pulsing until the ice is crushed completely. Fill each glass up to half with the Sprite or 7-Up, then pour the mint mixture into it until eachÂ glass is full. Stir the two liquids to combine the flavours.
Garnish the ridge of the glasses with a slice of lemon each or Â mint leaves for decoration. Serve immediately.
Note: Prepare the drink right before serving so thatÂ the ice does not melt. You can, however, prepare the mint mixture beforehand.
