Mango IceCream

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Fresh cream
  • 1 Cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup Mango puree(blend the mangoes without any liquid)
  • 1/2 tsp Mango Essence.

Method:

  • Whip the cream, add condensed milk and mango puree,freeze in an airtight container for a few hours.
  • Scoop out and enjoy.
