Description: A delicious and healthy potato snack. They taste even better when made at home.

Ingredients:

3 Potatoes

1 Egg

3 Tbsp. Milk Powder (or corn starch)

3 Tbsp. Plain Flour (or rice flour)

1 Tsp. Salt

1/8 Tsp. Sugar

1 Tsp. Black Pepper

3 Tsp. Softened Butter

4 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil for Frying

Instructions:

Take your grated potatoes and incorporate with the egg, flour, salt, pepper, and butter. Once all of the ingredients are mixed well, make six equal-sized patties.

Place about 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry patties for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
