Grilled Desserts | Attiya Malik

Cooking Time: 10-15 min, Prep Time: 5 min, Servings: 1-2, Calories: 224 and 181 respectively, Cuisine: American

INGREDIENTS:

Grilled Banana
1 banana
chocolate chips
butterscotch chips
Ice cream (of choice)
Grilled Pineapple
4-5 pineapple slices
desiccated coconut
3 tbsp. brown sugar
coconut ice cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

Grilled Banana
Peel the banana and place it on the foil.
Sprinkle the butterscotch and chocolate chips on the banana.
Seal the banana.
Grill it on high flame.
Let it cook for 10 mins.

MUST READ: MOLTEN LAVA CAKE


Take out and place beside bed of raw chocolate and butterscotch chips.
Serve with ice cream of choice.
Grilled Pineapple
Grill the pineapple slices and let them char slightly.
Sprinkle brown sugar on pineapples, while on grill.
Let the brown sugar caramelize.
Take the caramelized pineapple slices off the grill.
Serve on a bed of desiccated coconut and brown sugar and coconut Ice cream.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top for the extra texture.
