1 packet skinless chicken wings
1 cubed capsicum
1-2 cubed tomatoes
1 medium sized cubed onion
1 packet plain cottage cheese – cubed
plain olive oil
The Harissa Rub:
3-4 red chillies
Â˝ tbsp. white cumin seeds
Â˝ tbsp. dried coriander seeds
1 tsp. red chilli powder
Marinate chicken wings with hot sauce and salt (Leave for at least 6 hours).
Put it on hot grill and let it cook on one side.
Turn the flame of the grill down.
Add cubed onion, capsicum, tomato and cottage cheese in a bowl.
Make the harissa mix by grinding red chillies, white cumin seeds, dried coriander seeds, red chilli powder, vinegar and oil.
Marinate the vegetables with a handful of the harissa mix and mix well.
Grill the marinated vegetables and turn the sides of the chicken.
Take the vegetables off the grill once charred.
Let the chicken wings cook well on both ends.
Place grilled hot chicken wings on the grilled vegetables.
Garnish with olive oil and drizzle hot sauce over the dish.
