- Chicken boneless cubes 1/2 kg
- Oil 1 cup
- Spring onion chopped 1cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato 4 chopped
- Ginger julienne 1 big piece
- Green chili 5 to 10
- salt 1 tsp level
- Kashmiri mirch powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander ground 1tsp
- Turmeric a pinch
- Tatri powder a pinch
- Garam masala 1/4tsp
On the stove and set a medium flame
First sizzle oil in a pan.
Add spring onion.
When they became tender add chicken.
Now add ginger garlic paste.
Mix when chicken change its color.
Add chopped tomatoes.
And cover the pan for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Now remove the lid.
Full the flame and start bhoonna.
Till all water dries and oil come on surface.
Now add ginger julienne and green chilies.
Low the flame and give dum for 5 minutes.
Yummy chicken ginger is ready to eat.
