Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta | Myne Umar

This classic Italian dish by Myne Umar includes fettuccine tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese, and it’s quick and easy to make. With three simple steps in your chicken alfredo recipe, you’ll have a hearty dinner on the table in no time!

Difficulty: Medium, Servings: 6, Core Ingredient: Chicken, Calories: 1250

INGREDIENTS:

For chicken:
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
300g Chicken
1 tsp freshly grounded Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika Powder
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
5 -6 sliced Mushrooms
6 -7 sliced Black Olives

For white sauce:
2 tbsp Butter
½ tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
4 tbsp Cream Cheese
200 ml Cream
1 cup Water
1 -2 Chicken Cubes
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika Powder

For Pasta:
6 -7 balls of Fettuccine Pasta
2 tsp Oil
4 –5 Slices Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

In a pan add butter, ginger and garlic paste. Let it cook for about half a minute.
Now add the chicken and sauté it for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add salt, black pepper, paprika powder, soya sauce, mushrooms, olives and a splash of water.
Cover the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes.
In a wok pan add butter, ginger and garlic paste. Let it cook for about half a minute.
Add cream cheese and cream. Cook it until it is well cooperated. Add a cup of water in it.
Add chicken cubes in it. Now add black pepper and paprika powder.
Let the sauce cook for around 10 to 15 minutes.
In a pot, add water and oil. Let it boil. Add 6 to 7 balls of pasta and let it boil.
Strain the pasta and keep it aside.
In the chicken add the sauce and pasta and toss it well
Add 4 to 5 slices of cheese.
Mix it well and serve.
