Ingredients:

2 Tsp. Basil Seeds

1 ½ Cups Milk

2 Tbsp. Sugar

Handful Falooda Sev

2Tbsp.Rose Syrup

2 Scoops Ice cream

Pistachios, For Garnishing

Rose Petals, For Garnishing (Optional)

Instructions:

Soak basil seeds in the water for at least 30 minute. After 30 minutes drain them.

Meanwhile take sugar and milk in the pan. Let it come to a boil on medium heat then let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. After that let it chill in refrigerator so that milk is thickened.

Make Falooda sev as per package instructions.

Take two glass. Add basil seed in it then on top add cooked Falooda sev. Add 1 Tbsp. rose syrup in each glass. Pour the milk in glasses. Then add scoops of ice cream in the glasses. Garnish it with pistachios and rose petals. Your Falooda is ready to serve.
