1 medium sized onion
1 red/yellow capsicum
Â½ tsp. coriander powder
Â½ tsp. cumin powder
Â½ tsp. red chilli powder
Â½ tsp. salt
Â½ tsp. chilli flakes
Â½ tsp. Â all spice powder
Â½ tsp. garlic powder
Â½ tsp. paprika powder
Â½ tsp. dried oregano
1 large green capsicum
1 large chicken breast (bite sized pieces)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tortilla wraps
4 tsp. shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix all the spices in a bowl to make a spice mix out of them.
Sprinkle half the spice mix on thin sliced vegetables and spread it out evenly.
Add chicken in the remaining half of the spice mix and mix it well.
Pour 2 tbsp. vegetable oil on the mixture.
Add vegetables in the chicken mixture, and mix them well so that the oil is absorbed.
Put them in the microwave, on full power, for 10 minutes to cook them.
Check the mixture after 4-5 minutes and toss it so that it should be cooked evenly.
Meanwhile, heat tortillas in a non stick pan without oil.
Heat each side for about 1 minute and then flip over.
Take the mixture out when cooked.Â Fill the tortillas with the mixture.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on it and fold the wraps.
Microwave them on full power for a minute to melt the cheese.
Cut them into halves and serve with sweet chilli sauce.
