Description:Â Made with coolÂ cucumbers that add a summery crunch to tasty egg sandwiches. This recipe is Sehri and Iftaar friendly and works forÂ children’sÂ lunch boxes too.
Large chopped Cucumber 1
Coarsely chopped Boiled eggs 4
Butter 2 oz.
Cream cheese 2 tbsp.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
Green Chili Garlic sauce 1 tbsp.
Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp.
Salt Â˝ tsp.
Black Pepper Â˝ tsp.
Bread slices 8 to 10
Mix all ingredients together. Mash the boiled eggs with a fork. Then add eggs to mixture and stir till all ingredients are evenly combined.
Spread on bread slices cover with second slice of bread cut into bite size pieces and serve.
Note: You can add mint leaves for extraÂ flavor. The cucumbers can also be added in slices ifÂ preferred.Â
