Description: Also known as coriander or hari chutney, podinay ki chutney is a refreshing coriander and chilies condiment that goes with nearly everything from samosas to seafood.

INGREDIENTS:

40 grams coriander leaves, roughly chopped
2 onion, roughly chopped
10 grams ginger, roughly chopped
2 green chilies, roughly chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons yogurt
¾ cup water
1 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a Blender, add all the ingredients and blend for about a minute, until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and serve!
