Cinnamon Grilled Pineapple

Description: Sweet pineapple with a slight sweet and spicy kick of cinnamon grilled to perfection on a cool summer day makes for one awesome sweet treat.

INGREDIENTS

1 Pineapple

2 Tsp. Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice the pineapple into long strips about 2 inches thick.

MUST READ: PINA COLADA

Slide each piece of pineapple onto a skewer (optional). Sprinkle with the cinnamon. Grill 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Note: Tastes best when eaten with vanilla ice cream.
