Description: An amazing mix of the best sea food and Chinese flavors for this Chinese Special Rice recipe that will rock your taste buds.


Brown Rice Boiled 1-1/2 Cup
Boiled Chicken Boneless 150 gm.
Prawns 150 gm.
Egg Whites 1-2
Garlic Crushed 3-4 Cloves
Green Onion chopped 4
Peas 1/2 Cup
Cabbage chopped 1 Cup
Green Chilies 5-6
Black Pepper crushed 1 Tsp.
Red Chilies crushed 1 Tsp.
Cumin crushed 1 Tsp.
Mustard Seeds crushed 1 Tsp.
Soy Sauce 2-3 Tbsp.
Brown Sugar 1/2 Tsp.
Cashew Nut Roasted 1/2 Cup
Oil 3-4 Tbsp.
Salt To taste


Boil the rice. Heat oil in frying pan, add garlic, green onions, red chilies, mustard seeds, cumin and green chilies and fry on high flame for 1 minute. Keep tossing the contents in frying pan every few seconds.


Now add the chicken, prawns and peas and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add boiled rice and fry it nicely on high flame for 2 minutes. Make sure all the ingredients are mixed well.

Add the egg whites, cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add cabbage, soy sauce and brown sugar, mix all ingredients nicely on medium high flame and take out in serving dish.

Garnish with cashew nuts and serve with .
