Chili Chicken Cutlets

Description: Spicy marinated chicken with smooth creamy mash potatoes all coated in crispy fried bread crumbs make for a perfect tea time snack.

INGREDIENTS

Chicken boneless 250 gm
Potatoes 1/2 kg
Vinegar 1 tsp.
Tabasco sauce 1 tsp.
White pepper 1/2 tsp.
Soy sauce 1 tsp.
Oil 1 tsp.
Chopped green chilies 3
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp.
Crushed red chilies 1/4 tsp.
Salt to taste
1 Egg
1 cup Bread crumbs
Oil( For frying)

INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate chicken with vinegar, Tabasco sauce, white pepper, soy sauce and green chilies. Now stir fry chicken in oil, chop into small bits and keep it aside.

Then boil potatoes, mash it, put salt, black pepper and red chili and mix it nicely.  Now spread potato mixture, add chicken, mix and make cutlets.

Then coat with eggs and bread crumbs and deep fry it.
