Difficulty: Medium, Servings: 4, Core Ingredient: Chicken,Â Calories: 250/steak
1 chicken breast (4 steak pieces)
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard sauce
Â˝ tsp. black pepper
Â˝ tsp. Salt
67 grams oil
200 grams cream
â…“ cup milk
2 tbsp. hot chilli sauce
Â˝ tbsp. oil
1 tsp. chilli flakes
1 tsp. chicken powder
1 tsp. garlic
ÂĽ tsp. salt
chopped coriander (as per choice)
chopped green chillies (as per choice)
Take a grilling pan and let it warm up.
Once the pan is hot enough, put the marinated steaks on the grill.
Do not flip the steaks, until the sides are cooked to perfection.
Once done, flip and let them cook.
When evenly cooked, take pan off the stove.
In another pan, add oil and garlic and stir fry it.
In a bowl, add the cream and milk and whisk the mixture until smooth.
In this cream and milk mixture add hot chilli sauce, chilli flakes, chicken powder, salt and black pepper and mix well.
Once the garlic turns golden, add this mixture in the pan.
Let the mixture thicken on medium flame.
Add fresh coriander and green chillies if desired.
Pour the hot sauce over chicken steaks.
