Chicken Salami

Contributed by: Faiza Farooqui

  • Boneless chicken: 250 grams
  • Green chili: 4 to 5
  • Coriander: to taste(almost half cup)
  • Chili flakes: half tea spoon
  • Rai powder: 1/4 tea spoon
  • Ginger garlic paste: half tea spoon
  • Salt: to taste

Add all ingredients into chicken and chop them well. Take a sheet of foil paper or cling film and put the chicken into that sheet.

Roll them tightly. Put that roll into boil water and cook at high flame for 10 mints. After 10 minutes off the flame and leave chicken in water for more 10 mints.

Now chicken salami is ready. Uncover the cling and cut it into slices.

Use these slices into sandwich, burgers and etc. You can even grill it and enjoy it with tea.

A “Chef in Training”, teaching myself how to cook one recipe at a time. I LOVE being in the kitchen and have a great love for good food! I have some amazing taste testers and get a thrill out of perfecting and finding new recipes!
