Chicken Corn Soup

Chicken Corn Soup

  • Quarter piece of boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of Black Pepper
  • 1 jug Water
  • 1 tbsp chicken powder
  • crushed corn as required
  • crushed chicken quarter piece
  • 3 eggs
  • cornflour as required

For serving:

  • Soya sauce
  • Chilli sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Boiled eggs
  • Macaroni 


  • Take a Sauce Pan, Add chicken, salt n black pepper in it and a jug of water. cook the chicken on low flame until chicken done.
  • Remove the chicken and crushed it with hands or in food processor.
  • In yakhni, add crushed corn, crushed chicken, chicken powder n salt. Mix all nicely. then add cornflour as required until it make thick.
  • Serve the soup with macroni, boiled eggs, vinegar, chili sauce, soya sauce. Enjoy.
