600 grams minced beef
2 green chillies
2 tbsp. gram flour
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. red chilli
2 tbsp. dried whole coriander
3 tsp. dried pomegranate seeds
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. black pepper
salt (as per choice)
oil (for frying)
Add â…“ ratio of fat in minced beef.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper in it.
Shallow fry the egg in a pan.
Take it out and cut it into small pieces.
Chop green chillies, onions and ginger together.
Add minced beef in it.
Add egg in it.
Chop them together till they are fine as a thick paste.
Toast coriander and cumin in a pan till you can hear them crackle andÂ them in the mince.
Add salt in the beef mixture as per taste.
Add black pepper and red chilli in the mixture.Â Add dried pomegranate seeds andÂ gram flour in it.
Then, chop some mint and add it in the mixture.
Mix all these ingredients together.
Add the fried egg in it and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
Make round shaped Chapli Kababs with your hands.
Place a tomato slice on each Chapli Kabab and fry them.
Once properly cooked, take them out in a dish.Â Garnish with coriander.
Serve with your choice of side.
