Time to build your own burger with Attiya Malik! Watch how she teaches to make chicken as well as beef burgers, along with tasty wedges and beans salad.

INGREDIENTS:

For Beef Burger Patties:
500 grams minced beef
500 grams minced chicken
1 cup crumbled stale bread
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. red chili powder
1½ tsp. black pepper powder
1 tbsp. fresh thyme
salt to taste

Chicken Fillets:
5-6 chicken breast fillets
2 tbsp. BBQ sauce
2 tsp. mustard sauce
hot sauce to taste
salt to taste

For Toppings:
tomato ketchup
mustard
mayonnaise
pineapple slices
fresh thinly cut tomatoes
gherkins
jalapenos
iceberg
onion marmalade
oil
fresh buns of choice (wheat/white)

For Wedges:
4-5 potatoes
hot sauce
salt & pepper

For Salad:
1 cup red beans
1 capsicum
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
chopped coriander
chopped mint

INSTRUCTIONS:

For Beef Burger::

Add minced chicken and beef together.
Add stale bread crumbs, garlic powder, red chilies, and black pepper, salt and fresh thyme to the minced meat.
Add hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce to the mixture and mix well.
Marinate the mixture.
Make patties and put it on grill.
Give 4 minutes to each side.
Take off the patties and add mustard sauce, BBQ sauce on the heated bun.
Place iceberg and the patty.
Place cheese, onion marmalade, gherkins, tomatoes and cover with the bun

For Chicken Burgers:

Add mustard sauce, BBQ sauce, salt and red chilies to half sized chicken breast pieces.
Put marinated steak on the grill.
Once done, take off the chicken pieces
Heat the buns on the grill.
Add mustard sauce and tomato ketchup on the buns.
Place iceberg and the patty.
Place pineapple slices, jalapenos and cover with the bun.

Potato Wedges:
Use par boiled potatoes cut into wedges.
Drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
Rub the mixture on both sides.
Put the wedges on the grill and grill them until cooked.
Take off the wedges from the grill

Salad:
Take simple beans.
Add chopped coriander, mint, capsicum, onions, and tomatoes to the red beans.
Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Mix well!

Serve your burgers with wedges and salad.
