Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Description: A topping of spicy barbecue sauce, diced chicken, and onion all covered with cheese, and baked to bubbly goodness!

INGREDIENTS:

1 Pizza Crust of any preferred brand

2 pieces Chicken Breasts

1 cup Barbecue Sauce

½ whole Red Onion

½ cups Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced

1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 º F degrees. Place chicken in a skillet. Pour barbecue sauce over and cook for approximately 25 minutes. Once chicken is fully cooked, cut into small cubes. Collect all the sauce from the skillet and add to the cubed chicken.

Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat both oven and stone to 500 º F degrees. If you place the pizza stone in the heated oven, it will crack.

Place the pizza round onto a floured peel and top it with barbecue sauce, chicken, red onions and mozzarella cheese. Garnish to salt and pepper to taste.

Slowly slide the pizza onto the heated oven. Bake for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the pizza.

Serve hot. Refrigerate or freeze remaining pizza.
