Preparation time: 1 hour and 15 minutes, Cooking time: 8-10 minutes, Cuisine: American, Servings: 4-5, Calories: 110/chicken wing

1 kg chicken wings

For Sauce:

⅓  cup of honey
â…“ cup of brown sugar
4 chopped green chillies
2-3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
½ tsp. crushed black pepper
½ tsp. salt

For Marination:

3 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. corn flour
2 tbsp. ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. red chilli flakes
½ tsp. black pepper powder
1 egg

Marinate the chicken wings with flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili flakes, black pepper powder and an egg.
Leave this marination mixture for almost an hour.
After an hour, deep fry these wings in mildly pre-heated oil.
Before adding the wings, make sure to mix the mixture and wings well.
Don’t flip sides until the coating is set properly.
Once the wings turn golden brown, take the wings out.
In another pan, make the coating sauce.
To do so, add the oil and chopped garlic in the pan and stir the mixture till the garlic turns golden.
Next add the honey, brown sugar, black pepper, salt and green chilies to the pan.
Let the sauce heat for a while and then toss the deep fried wings in the sauce.
Stir the mixture to let the coating set on the wings.
Serve with dip of choice.
