10 Eatables For A Hydrated Body!

You feel dehydrated in summers? Yes! we all do. But here is a daily routine that can help keep us hydrated all day long!

Many of us follow the simple pattern of having at least eight glasses of water every day, but this too is not enough on scorching summer days, as the water intake is not enough to keep you fresh and hydrated at very high temperature. For this purpose, adding  high water weight fruits and vegetables in your eating routine is a good idea.

Such vegetables and fruits help you remain hydrated and also keeps the stomach full for a longer period of time.

Few of such eatables are mentioned below;

  1. Carrots

Carrots are enriched with beta-carotene with 87% water weight. Beta-carotene is good for resisting oral and lungs cancer at one hand and on the other hand it helps in making you look young for more time period.

  1.  Celery

Amino Acids, vitamins and mineral salts are present in Celery, with 96% water weight. This is a good thing to eat if you never want to be a patient of cancer or high blood pressure.

Zucchini is stuffed with 95% water weight, making it one of the most hydrated vegetable you can have. Another great advantage of Zucchini is that it resist high blood pressure, leading to low chances of heart attack.

Radishes have 96% water weight, making it also an amazing food item to add in your summer meals. Breakdown of fats, carbohydrates and proteins is one of the great qualities of Radish.

Enriched with calcium, vitamin A, vitamin C, fibre and magnesium, Broccolli consumes 89% water weight.

  1. Honeydew melon

Honeydew melon have 92% water weight, which makes it a good fruit to have to keep yourself hydrated, in addition to it being a source of vitamin C.

Mangoes are known for vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin B6, no doubt making it the ‘king of fruits’. The water weight recorded in mango is 84%, therefore filtering it in the category of the fruits good for hydration.
